When others would not answer or return my calls I found that Sweet Home Cleaning did answer my call and then had me on the schedule right away. I'll only call Sweet Home Cleaning from now on. The Deep Clean Move Out they provided me was absolutely perfect, many comments from my open house the next day spoke on how clean my home looked and smelled. The cleaners were very thorough and did a great job.  The only area where they could improve is in communication.  When I returned a call about billing, they answered the phone like it was a personal cell (maybe it was), and when they were running late due to a traffic accident we had no notice that they'd be > 30 mins late.

I have always been skeptical about using a cleaning service. I never thought they could do a job a good as me. I am very picky about my cleaning. These girls cleaned for me for the first time yesterday. Let me tell you what, I was impressed. They may have done even better. They will definitely be coming back next month. Thank you SHCS!!
